DG20 3D tank cleaning machine  offers superior high flow/high horsepower 3D cleaning action for totes, tanks, and a variety of vessels.

The new DG20 self-rotating cleaning machine with 4 nozzle and 2 nozzle version offers superior 3D cleaning action for totes, tanks, and a variety of vessels.  During the process of this pattern build out, 8 cycles (for a 4nozzle hub) and/or 4 cycles (for a 2 nozzle hub) are established with each cycle increasing the density of the pattern matrix.

DG20 features two high velocity water jets mounted on a rotating head. The nozzle is activated by the flow of high-pressure water. The water-jets spin vertically while the head spins horizontally resulting in complete 3D coverage. KLY's 3D heads makes it unnecessary for workers to enter tanks during the cleaning process. 

This enhances worker safety, and reduces the amount of time that is needed to effectively clean the interior of the vessel. For larger vessels, the nozzles can be attached to a telescoping lance for positioning adjustment and angle articulation.

Programmed rotation machines:

The cleaning fluid drives via the turbine an internal gear reducer that keeps the sprayer turning in two planes.
In the course of spraying cycle, the jets sweep the entire inside surface of the tank according to the preprogrammed, model-specific pattern.
This takes a certain amount of time, but these models generate the highest jet pressures (= force of impact) and are therefore ideal for very large tanks and the toughest of cleaning tasks.
